DBI invests in its people and provides ongoing training and support to ensure everyone is competent to carry out their duties. Supervisors have a minimum SSSTS training and managers have a minimum SMSTS training. Employees can openly contribute towards safety reporting and this is strongly encouraged. We employ an external Health and Safety consultant to undertake regular audits of our site safety procedures and office practices.
