Following the works DBI have carried out on our behalf within the CSA we are happy to inform you that we have had very positive feedback from the client BAA with regards the screen installed adjacent lane 17 which is controlled by Virgin Airlines.

The fast response in installing the screen to the client’s requirements with no disruption to the business was extremely good.

I would like to say thanks to you and your team for the professional job that was carried out recently on the A380 project on Stand 405. As you are aware we successfully handed the node over on the morning of Friday 3rd April. I am aware the cleaning process wasn’t made easy by the fact we had several trades still working on ‘last’ minute items but was impressed with your team who took it in their stride and worked a hastily arranged nightshift to ensure they still delivered a ‘first class’ clean area for the handover.

On a professional basis I have been involved in working closely with DBI at Gatwick Airport for the last 18 months with Morgan Sindall and previously for Kier Construction at Heathrow Airport.

DBI have always delivered a professional standard of installation in line with the specification required for completive rates, inclusive of the required RAMS & documentation as requested.

DBI carried out an exceptional job in co-ordination and co-operation of all contractors and sub-contractors to complete the work within the extremely tight site constraints and, within the time frame requested.

Particularly impressive was their self designed hoarding, that was used successfully throughout the project to protect internal offices and a 550k comms room from dust migration during the replacement of the lintels. The whole building continued to function normally throughout the works.
